How many gene changes before it’s not Covid-19 anymore: Elon Musk hints at contracting virus again
Tesla Motors CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter to hint that he “supposedly” has Covid-19 again “but almost no symptoms.” In the tweet, Elon Musk called Covid-19 “the virus of Theseus” and asked how many gene changes the virus will go through before it’s not Covid-19 anymore.
In November 2020, Elon Musk had tweeted that he “most likely” has a moderate case of Covid-19, as he continued to question the accuracy of the tests.
"Am getting wildly different results from different labs, but most likely I have a moderate case of covid. My symptoms are that of a minor cold, which is no surprise, since a coronavirus is a type of cold," Musk wrote in a tweet.
Musk had expressed his apprehension, saying that rapid antigen test results from the same machine and the same test showed he tested positive twice and then negative twice all on the same day.
