Vikram Vedha

Vikram Vedha is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language neo-noir action thriller film written and directed by Pushkar–Gayathri.

It is a remake of their own 2017 Tamil film of the same name. Jointly produced by YNOT Studios, Friday Filmworks, T-Series Films, Reliance Entertainment and Jio Studios, the film stars Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan, Radhika Apte and Rohit Saraf.

Production began in October 2021 and wrapped in June 2022. The film is scheduled to be theatrically released worldwide on 30 September 2022.

Vikram is an honest police inspector, who seeks to apprehend Vedha, a dreaded gangster.

When Vedha surrenders, Vikram’s perception of good and evil begins to change when Vedha narrates three stories to him.

The songs featured in the film are composed by Vishal–Shekhar, with lyrics written by Manoj Muntashir. The score is composed by Sam C. S, who composed music for the original.

The first single “Alcoholia” was released on 17 September 2022. Ganesh Hegde is the director of choreography.

The film’s teaser was released on 24 August 2022. On YouTube, it received over a million likes in less than 48 hours, surpassing War (2019) as the most-liked teaser for a Hindi film.

Vikram Vedha is scheduled for theatrical release on 30 September 2022.
