‘Ponniyin Selvan’ is the dream project of director Mani Ratnam, and the legendary director has made the film in two parts.
The first part of the film was released last September to develop into a massive hit, while the second part is all set to release on April 28 with great expectations.
AR Rahman has been in London for over a week, and the composer is busy with the final music work for ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’.
A making video from the film’s musical session has been now shared on social media, and the fiery video has stirred up the fans’ excitement.
AR Rahman is preparing a stunning package to engrave fans, and the composer is expected to return to India shortly. Director Mani Ratnam is also in London along with AR Rahman, and the popular duo is working together on the film’s final music.
Meanwhile, the music launch of ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ is scheduled to happen in Chennai on March 29, and the statement as music launch from the makers confirm that the sequel will have more theme tracks than songs.
The Chief Guests for the grand event are yet to be announced, while Vijay and Kamal Haasan are reported to be the first set of stars.
